SUNDAY AFTERNOON YOUTH THEATRE

DATES AND TIMES
We run every Sunday afternoon in school term time.
  • Jan to June is usually 1 hour Juniors 4 to 5PM and 1 hour Seniors 5 to 6PM.
  • June to Sept we take the summer off.
  • Sept to Dec is Panto Term, so  WyW doesn't run sessions. The panto is run by The Crow Players; times can depend upon rehearsal requirements in a 3 to 6PM time slot on Sundays for Juniors and Seniors.

AGES
Jan to June:
We try to be flexible about ages so all ages are 'ish'.

Juniors:  5+ yrs 
School Yr 1 - Yr 6

Seniors: 11+ yrs 
School Yr 7 - Yr11

Age 16/17yrs welcome to join WyW Seniors or join the Adults in The Crow Players.

Sept to Dec (Panto Term):
Ages are stricter due to the requirements of the Crow Players who run the panto.

£45 for Jan to April term (9 sessions x 1 hour), £45 for April to June term (9 sessions x 1 hour)
[+ Crowborough Players Youth Membership - £10 a year.]

Juniors and Seniors between 4PM and 6PM (depending on rehearsal needs)

  • April 23 : (2, 9, 16 April school hols)

May 2017
With the Crow Players' May Production (see below). Note that dates and times are different to the standard WyW days and times.

June to August 2017
No sessions

September to December 2017
Panto Term. Everyone is invited to join the Crow Players for the annual Crowborough Community panto.
MAY 2017 PRODUCTION
The production is part of the Crow Players Beyond Baker Street event, part of the Crowborough Festival 2017. Note that times are different to the standard WyW days and times.​

Important Rehearsals
  • Sunday 30th April: Run-through from 2PM to 6PM 
  • ​Saturday 6th May: Tech from 12.30PM to 4.30 PM
  • ​Saturday 13th May: Dress 1 from 1PM to 5PM 
  • ​Friday 19th May (Dress 2 - Adults & Senior Youth Cast (WyW Seniors) from 7.30 until 10PM

Performances
  • Saturday 20th May 2017 - 1PM until 8.45PM (Two sessions with 90 minute break at 4.45PM or 5.45PM between sessions - precise timing tbc, depending on ticket demand.)
  • ​Sunday  21st May 2017 - 2PM until 5.45PM
